The second circuit out of our Bustleburg station was opened for sign up on May 27th.  Postcards went out that day for eligible members.  The first circuit had opened for sign up approximately 4 weeks prior to that.  If you have a question as to whether or not you are eligible please visit bpl.coop and click on the sign up icon at the top of the page.  Click the drop down arrow and select BARC and then enter your account number and last name.  If you have multiple accounts you may need to enter each one until it finds the correct one that was sent to IBEC.  If you have any questions or issues don't hesitate to call IBEC at 1-888-423-2275 or BARC at 1-800-846-2272. 

The Cornwall Substation has been  up and running for several months now.  This station serves the Cornwall, Midvale, and Donaldsburg areas, as well as Irish Creek and part of the Fairfield area in Rockbridge County.  IBEC is accepting sign ups on this station at any time.   Please continue to be patient and know that BARC and IBEC are putting forth a large effort to get this service to our members.
